Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a dispute arising from a purchase made in our store, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body without having to go to court.
In Luxembourg, the competent body for general consumer disputes is the Médiateur de la Consommation.
